Mr. Monzella has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2000 and is responsible for Acquisitions. Prior to joining UrbanAmerica, Mr. Monzella was with Vornado Realty Trust, where he participated in transactions valued at over $2 billion. In addition, he served as Vice President for PNC Bank, where he participated in the sale of non-performing, performing and REO assets included in five portfolio sales in excess of $810 million. Mr. Monzella graduated with a BBA from James Madison University.
