Mr. Scott has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2000 and is responsible for Development. He also holds the title Deputy General Counsel. Prior to UrbanAmerica, Mr. Scott was the Deputy Director of the Office of Property Management for the District of Columbia, with responsibility for operating 6 million SF of leased and owned properties. He also served as Assistant Commissioner for Acquisitions for New York City, where he managed leasing of 21 million SF of space. Mr. Scott graduated with a BA from John Jay College and a JD from Fordham University.
