UrbanAmerica's investment process contemplates the following market selection criteria:

 Favorable supply/demand fundamentals
 Dedication of local government to revitalization of distressed areas
 Demonstrable track record of private-public sector partnership
 Presence of institution of higher learning/significant hub airport
 Ability to allow for purchase of asset density

Market focus includes: Atlanta, California, Florida, New York Tri-State (excluding New York City), Philadelphia, Phoenix, Texas, and Washington, DC Metro.
