Mr. Monge has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 1999 and is responsible for originating investment opportunities. He oversees financial due diligence and assist in analyzing, structuring, and negotiating deals as well as administers pre-development development activities. Notably, Mr. Monge helped secure a $50 million New Markets Tax Credit allocation and is spearheading efforts to close over $200 million in tax credit transactions. Mr. Monge was with the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone in charge of real estate and managed $150 million investments. Mr. Monge holds a MS/BS from the State University of New York.
