With over 23 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate, David Monzella has played an influential role in the acquisition of UrbanAmerica LP’s retail and office portfolio over the past 8 years. His team received hundreds of investment opportunities during that time.

Prior to joining UrbanAmerica LP, Mr. Monzella was an acquisitions associate for Vornado Realty Trust, where he participated in transactions valued at over $2 billion. He also served as vice president for PNC Bank, where he participated in the sale of non-performing, performing and REO assets included in 5 portfolio sales in excess of $810 million. In addition, he negotiated, underwrote and closed real estate loan restructuring in excess of $50 million.

Mr. Monzella received a BBA from James Madison University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
