Mr. Holy has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2007 and is responsible for the UA portfolio of mixed use buildings and shopping centers throughout Florida, including leasing, operations, due-diligence studies, engineering, capital and tenant improvement programs,
staff development, and implementation of the UA quality controls employed to facilitate investor profitability and satisfaction. Mr. Holy has over 30 years of real estate experience, including property, facilities and asset management work in New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. Prior to joining UrbanAmerica, Mr. Holy served as Vice President / Senior Portfolio Manager, and later Vice President of Project Management for the NY Office of Grubb & Ellis.
