Mr. Yuzon has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2007 and is responsible for originating investment opportunities along with overseeing client and investor relations. Prior to joining UrbanAmerica, Mr. Yuzon was the Director of Economic Development for the City of Los Angeles where he oversaw more than $1.3 billion in real estate transactions and secured the City’s first NMTC allocation of $75 million. Mr. Yuzon has also held roles at B.T. Alex Brown, Intel Capital and the City’s of Los Angeles and Riverside during his 17 year career in real estate and investment management where he participated in transactions with a total valuation of more than $4 billion. Mr. Yuzon is a graduate of California State University with a B.A. in Finance and M.P.A. and Northwestern University with an M.B.A.
