Mr. Scotto has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2003 and is responsible for Accounting. Prior to UrbanAmerica, Mr. Scotto was with Prudential Real Estate Group, where he oversaw the controllership and valuation functions of a $5 billion commercial real estate portfolio. He also was Controller at Olympia & York, where he managed the accounting function for over $1 billion of commercial real estate. Mr. Scotto graduated with a BBA from St. John's University.
