Mr. Hall has been with UrbanAmerica since 2006 as SVP of Asset Management. Scott Hall is in charge of UrbanAmerica’s 28 properties located across the US. His dedication is mirrored by his employees, as he and his team have negotiated and executed over 150 leases during the past three years. Prior to UrbanAmerica, Mr. Hall was Vice President at Max Capital Management Corporation, managing a 6 million sq. ft. portfolio. Mr. Hall graduated with an MS from New York University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
