Mr. Hall has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2006 and is responsible for Asset Management, including Leasing and Property Management. Prior to UrbanAmerica, Mr. Hall was a Vice President at Max Capital Management Corp. Responsible for managing a 6 million SF portfolio, he completed more than 300 lease transactions, $55 million in property dispositions and $372 million in refinancings. Mr. Hall graduated with an MS from New York University and an MBA/BS from Rutgers University.
