Mr. Howell has been associated with UrbanAmerica since 2006 and supports the Development function from its California office. Prior to UrbanAmerica, Mr. Howell was with Mitsui Fudosan, where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, asset management and dispositions of premier properties. He has over 25 years of real estate experience and has closed transactions totaling several billions of dollars. Mr. Howell graduated with a BS from Southwestern University and an MS from the University of Oklahoma.
